Vires Fit Club ("we," "our," or "us") is the operator of the Vires Fit Club mobile application (the "App"). We are responsible for your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Account Information
When you create an account via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, we receive:
- Your name (if shared by Apple/Google)
- Your email address
- A unique user identifier provided by Apple or Google
We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
2.2 Profile & Fitness Data
To provide personalized features, we collect information you voluntarily provide:
- Age, height, weight, and fitness goals
- Fitness level and experience
- Workout preferences and schedule
- Workout logs, exercise history, and personal records
- Progress photos you choose to upload
- Streak and achievement data
2.3 User-Generated Content
When you interact with the community features, we collect:
- Photos and workout updates you post
- Comments and reactions
- Content you share in the community feed
2.4 AI Coach Data
The AI Coach feature processes your fitness profile and workout history to generate personalized recommendations. You must explicitly consent to AI data processing before using this feature. This data is processed to generate your workout plan and is not used for any other purpose without your consent.
2.5 Usage & Analytics Data
We collect information about how you use the App, including:
- Features accessed and time spent in the App
- App crash reports and error logs
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- General location (country/region level, not precise GPS)
2.6 Payment Data
All subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment card information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple or Google.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Providing the App: Creating and managing your account, delivering workout plans, and enabling community features
- AI Coach: Generating personalized workout recommendations based on your fitness profile (with your explicit consent)
- Improving the App: Analyzing usage patterns to fix bugs, improve features, and develop new functionality
- Communication: Sending push notifications about workouts, achievements, and community activity (you can opt out at any time)
- Subscription management: Verifying your subscription status and unlocking Premium features
- Safety & security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Legal compliance: Meeting our obligations under applicable laws
4. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/EEA Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract performance: To provide the App and its features as agreed in our Terms of Service
- Consent: For AI Coach data processing, push notifications, and any optional analytics
- Legitimate interests: For app improvement, security, and fraud prevention
- Legal obligation: Where required by applicable law
5. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
5.1 Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the App, including:
- Expo / React Native infrastructure | App hosting and build services
- Firebase (Google) | Authentication, database, and analytics
- Apple & Google | Sign-in services and payment processing
- AI service providers | To power the AI Coach feature (data is processed under strict confidentiality agreements)
These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
5.2 Community Features
Content you post in the community (photos, workout updates, comments) is visible to other users of the App. Do not post content you do not wish to share publicly within the app.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vires Fit Club, our users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- Workout logs & fitness data: Retained until you delete your account or request deletion
- Community content: Retained until you delete it or your account is closed
- Analytics data: Typically retained for 12–24 months in aggregated or anonymized form
- Legal/compliance records: Retained as required by applicable law (up to 7 years in some jurisdictions)
After account deletion, we may retain anonymized data that cannot identify you for analytics and research purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

EU/EEA users: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below these ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at viresclub@gmail.com and we will delete the data promptly.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls
- Regular security assessments
- Minimal data access for employees and contractors
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.
10. International Data Transfers
Vires Fit Club is operated from Turkey. If you access the App from the European Economic Area or other regions with data protection laws, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not have equivalent data protection laws.
Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
11. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications about workouts, community activity, and app updates. You can opt out at any time through your device settings or within the App's notification preferences.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
