Option 1 — Delete From Inside the App
If you can still sign in to Vires Fit Club, this is the fastest way to delete your account.
Steps
- Open the Vires Fit Club app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is removed from our active systems immediately, and any remaining personal data is permanently deleted from our backups within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app (for example, you have already uninstalled it or can't sign in), you can request deletion by contacting us directly.
How to request
- Send an email to info@viresfitclub.com.
- Use "Account Deletion" as the subject line.
- In the email body, include the email address registered to your account so we can verify ownership.
We will process your request and permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days of receiving the email.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, sign-in identifiers)
- Fitness data — workouts, exercise logs, personal records, and progress history
- Community posts, comments, and reactions you have shared
- AI Coach inputs and generated plans associated with your account
- Progress photos and any other content you uploaded
What May Be Retained
For legal and operational reasons, a limited set of records may be retained after account deletion. These are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose:
- Billing and transaction records required by Apple, Google, or applicable tax law. Subscriptions and refunds are managed by Apple App Store / Google Play and are governed by their own retention policies.
- Fraud prevention and security logs required to protect the service and other users.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you.

Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — not by us. Before deleting your account, please cancel your subscription from your device:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Vires Fit Club → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vires Fit Club → Cancel.
